Rental Coordinator - Springdale, AR
This individual will assist the Rental Manager and Salesmen with the renting of equipment. This individual will prepare rental contracts and administrative activities including set-up, monitoring, coordination and inspection of deliveries and pickups, and billing of both short and long term contracts.
Prepare rental contracts and ensure the contract information is accurate and complete.
Respond to customer rental equipment related inquiries, questions and requests
Gather proper customer insurance information, and collecting payments, etc.
Maintain accountability of the branch’s forklift Inventory
Serve as the primary point of contact with other members of the staff and contracted haulers to ensure trafficking in/out of equipment sales, rental, and service.
Communicate and coordinate the delivery and pickup of rental equipment.
Inspect equipment upon return from rentals, document any damages, coordinate required service quotes and customer payments for repairs
Review and process the initial, periodic and final billing on rental contracts.
Maintain rental paperwork and billing documentation to satisfactory levels.
Work with customers as well as fellow employees in order to meet customer needs.
Logging incoming rental calls and inquiries.
Take and upload pictures of inventory
Update and maintain the rental equipment files and records in PFW.
Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent, 3-5 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written, verbal
Proper phone etiquette
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook programs, as well as the ability to learn company-wide database systems
Must be a self-starter, taking the initiative in all aspects of the job, while working with little supervision
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Ability to handle confidential/sensitive customer information
Great work ethic in a team environment
