Office Manager - Shreveport, LA


This individual will assist the Branch Manager in daily branch operations including providing general administrative support, assisting with employee communications, and answering phone calls and emails from customers and directing them to relevant staff. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and/or entering all accounts payable, accounts receivable, as well as completing bank reconciliation and monitoring monthly budget and accruals. This individual will assist with personnel issues including new employee onboarding, offboarding and payroll approval.  


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Accounting and/or Financial Analysis background preferred
  • Strong Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Excellent communication skills
