Responsibilities

This individual will be responsible for monitoring and confirming financial condition of the branch by conducting internal audits. This individual will schedule expenditures, analyze variances and collect and report other pertinent information to management in order to achieve budgetary objectives. This individual will protect assets by establishing, monitoring and enforcing internal controls. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and/or entering all accounts payable, accounts receivable, as well as completing bank reconciliation and monitoring monthly accruals. This individual will be responsible for overseeing time cards to ensure accurate payroll entry.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

Accounting and/or Financial Analysis background preferred

Strong Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites

Excellent communication skills
