This individual is responsible for assisting the Rental Manager and sales staff with the renting of equipment. This individual prepares rental contracts and administrative activities including set-up, monitoring, coordination and inspection of deliveries and pickups, and billing of both short and long term contracts.



Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written, verbal
Proper phone etiquette
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook programs, as well as the ability to learn company-wide database systems
Must be a self-starter, taking the initiative in all aspects of the job, while working with little supervision
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Ability to handle confidential/sensitive customer information
